Dear Ratty is something we started several years ago and decided to bring back. Those that know Rob know he is not the smartest guy around. (Just ask the ex-wife and numerous former girlfriends). However, he is blessed with some very smart friends. If you have an intelligent question about boating, our waterways, laws, rules, and ordinances, etc., e-mail it to Rob@riverratrob.com. Can't guarantee anything, but we will try and find an answer for you. If we can't find an answer, Rob will give you his "opinion." Whow!
